The All New Ford Bronco

Are You Excited for the 2021 Ford Bronco?

After some years of absence, the legendary Ford Bronco is back with new and innovative features, cool retro styling, and striking off-road abilities. It comes with a simple interior layout filled with modern-day tech gadgets that enhances its luxurious nature. The tech gadgets available include an off-road performance app and a 12.0-inch touchscreen.

It has a body-on-frame design with two-door and four-door options that gives it a pickup truck look. Qualities that set the 2021 Ford Bronco apart from its competitors include its customizable nature and modularity. With this machine, you can eradicate doors, fenders, and body pieces with ease to suit your needs and preferences.

2021 Ford Bronco Performance, Transmission, and Engine

Unfortunately, the 2021 Ford Bronco has no eight-cylinder engine. Instead, it comes with a V6 or a four-cylinder engine that is reliable, strong and offers high-performance abilities. The 2.3-liter turbocharged engine is the standard engine, and it whips a massive 270 hp ad 310 lb-ft of torque. The optional engine is the V6 twin-turbo 2.7-liter engine that produces an impressive 310 jp and 400 lb-ft of torque.

2021 Ford Bronco Off-Road Abilities

While building the 2021 Ford Bronco, one central concept that Ford used was to give total control of the machine to experienced drivers and make it approachable to first-time users. For this reason, Ford instilled the Bronco with Goes Over Any Terrain Modes, which adjusts transmission response, all-wheel-drive power split, and traction control. These modes enable drivers across Oshkosh to navigate through mud, rock, snow, and sand terrain with ease.

Each engine comes with a ten-speed automatic transmission, although the smaller engine is only compatible with a seven-speed manual system. The system transmits power to the rear axles and Dana front using a standard all-wheel-drive system. Other features that play a significant role in improving the machine's off-road performance include electronic-locking front and rear differentials, 35-inch mud-terrain tires, Long travel dumpers, and bead-lock-capable wheels.

This machine is available in removable body panels, four or two doors, and hardtops or soft tops; thus, providing drivers across Redgranite with open-air possibilities that enhance outdoor pleasure. Compared to its rivals, this machine comes with a wide range of innovations that enhance its comfort and luxurious nature. For instance, it comes with an in-built rack with 12-volt outlets to mount and charge smartphones and other accessories.

It also comes with easy to remove frameless doors and an extended onboard space to store all doors. And since Ford mounted the exterior mirrors on the windshield, drivers can still use them when they take off the doors. All models come with marine-grade vinyl upholstery and rubberized flooring to protect the cabin when exposed to harsh weather conditions.

All models come equipped with Sync 4 software that powers the 12.0-inch and 8.0-inch touchscreen implanted on the dashboard. This system comes with various features such as Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and Wi-F hotspot connectivity.

2021 Ford Bronco Trim Levels

The Bronco is available in seven trim levels: Base, Big Bend, Black Diamond, Outer Banks, Badland, Wildtrak, and First Edition. The base model comes with a two-door feature and is ideal for drivers searching for high-performance but are under a low budget. However, our perfect configuration would be a machine with a powerful engine and four-door feature and comes with a wide range of off-road features. That directs us towards the 2021 Ford Bronco Wildtrak that comes with 35-inch mud-terrain wheels and 17-inch bead-lock-capable wheels.

The Regular Bronco and Bronco Sport are all little siblings of the Ford Bronco, although they do not offer the same off-road abilities as the latter. These two machines are cheaper and ideal crossovers meant for on-road driving and day-to-day activities.

The Ford Bronco is an off-road SUV that will suit your weekend vacations and daily commuting needs. If you want to learn more about the 2021 Ford Bronco, contact us today at Sondalle Ford Lincoln or stop at our dealership to schedule a test drive appointment.
